I was hesitant, at first, to sign up for the “Ropes Workshop”. It was INTRIGUING, though and I do have enthusiasm for all things Iyengar Yoga. So glad I did it! Tristan is a wonderful teacher and lovely person. There was no reason to be concerned about age or minor aches, ropes and various props were aides to achieving asanas, and took the balance out of the equation. Using the rope wall brought such freedom in familiar poses that that the quality and duration of these asanas was much increased! The entire workshop was fun! And such a confidence building experience! Every rope space was filled! Heard so many expressions of a positive nature as we broke up at the end of class. Thank you Tristan and Kathleen at Iyengar Yoga Source for providing this really helpful and exciting opportunity!
