Foundations
Our Foundations class offers a welcoming space for beginners. Whether you're new or returning, experience a systematic introduction to the Iyengar method. Focus on fundamental actions, learn proper alignment to avoid joint strain, and establish a solid foundation for your practice. It’s the perfect starting point or a refreshing restart to reignite your passion for yoga. Our drop-in friendly classes are open to everyone. Come join us!
Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:15 pm and Sundays, 10:00 - 11:15am
All Levels
A class designed to guide you through a comprehensive range of postures, from foundational to intermediate, taught in stages so that everyone can participate fully. Whether you're newer to yoga and looking for a challenge, curious about intermediate postures, or more experienced, you'll explore a variety of poses with a focus on progressive stages. Alternatives are always provided to match your experience level, ensuring you can practice with confidence and grow at your own pace.

Intermediate 1
For those with yoga experience or beginners seeking a challenge, Intermediate 1 classes offer dynamic sessions with diverse postures across all categories, including standing poses, forward extensions, back extensions, beginning inversions, restoratives, and pranayama. The supportive environment fosters continuous growth and introduces principles of yoga philosophy to deepen your practice.
Mondays 6:00 - 7:30pm, Wednesdays from 10:00 - 11:30am, Thursdays from 11:00am - 12:30pm (LIVESTREAM ONLY) and Saturdays from 10:00 - 11:30am
Intermediate 2
Elevate your practice in Intermediate 2 after learning the basics in Intermediate 1. Delve into deeper twists with binds, experience extended holds in forward extensions, exhilarating upward-facing back extensions, and engage in strength-building arm balances and inversion variations. Simultaneously, deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy through practical application in asana.

Intermediate 3
Experienced Iyengar Yoga students and teachers are invited to explore intermediate and advanced asanas across all categories in Intermediate 3. Enhance your stamina for extended posture holds, embrace a new set of poses beyond level 2, and practice alongside others dedicated to the transformative application of yoga philosophy within asana. Home practice is expected.

Weekly Special Topics:
Pranayama
Prana represents energy or life force, and pranayama channels this vital energy within the body. In each class, we start with supported Savasana for deep relaxation and then progress to reclining and seated pranayamas. The class is thoughtfully structured to be accessible for those new to pranayama. Previous yoga experience is recommended.

Seniors
Discover the benefits of our yoga class tailored to address age-related considerations and accommodate condition s such as stiffness, arthritis, and osteoporosis. Led by experienced instructors, our methodical approach fosters a welcoming community, ideal for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Please note, this class is not chair yoga but rather a practice that incorporates traditional poses modified to suit your needs. Enhance your flexibility, balance, and overall well-being as you embark on this rejuvenating journey with us!

Restoratives/Yoga for Sleep
Indulge in a weekly restorative class or a calming drop-in session. This class employs a thoughtful selection of props to support your body, soothe your nerves, and tranquilize your mind, fostering improved sleep and deep relaxation. For livestreaming, please prepare the following props: a yoga mat, several blankets, a bolster or pillows, a block, a belt or strap, and a chair.
