Restoratives & Pranayama Week
Come away from a restorative yoga class more relaxed, focused, and effective!
Restorative yoga helps us connect with the parasympathetic nervous system, slowing and halting the stress response. Restorative postures, supported by blocks, blankets, bolsters, and other props, maximize comfort and allow practitioners to let go entirely. Postures are held longer—about 3-5 minutes.

Restorative class every Sunday at 5:30 pm and Pranayama every Monday at 8 am. Foundations classes are available for those not interested in this restorative practice.
