Classes
Level 1 - Foundations
Wednesdays at 6:00 PM and Sundays at 10 AM
For beginners! Slow-paced direction and a great level of detail to become familiar with beginning standing and seated yoga poses. Also a great class for experienced students looking to work on building a strong foundation.
Level 1
Mondays at 6 PM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM and Saturdays at 10:00 AM
Designed for those who have had some yoga experience or beginners who are active. Standing poses, forward bends, twists, beginning inversions and breathing exercises (Pranayama) are taught.
Level 2
Tuesdays at 7 AM, Thursdays at 6:00 PM, Fridays at 10 AM and Sundays at 8:00 AM
For students with Iyengar yoga experience. Poses taught will change week to week and may include standing poses, abdominals, twists, back bends, seated poses, arm balances, inversions and breathing exercises (Pranayama).
Level 3
Tuesdays at 6:00PM and Saturdays at 8:00 AM
Substantial Iyengar Yoga experience required. For students who are ready to expand their study with more challenging poses. Home practice is expected.
Yoga for a Healthy Back
Thursdays at 10 AM
In this all levels class spinal alignment and how to care for common causes of backaches will be taught, discussed and practiced. Prevention is the best medicine. Beginners welcome!
Restoratives
Sundays at 5:30 PM
A practice for those who want a weekly restorative class or just to drop in. This class will use a variety of props to support the body, refresh the nerves and calm the mind. A great way to end your week!
Healthy Aging/Seniors
Mondays at 10 AM and Tuesdays at 9:15am.
Designed to support bone health and move your body through its full healthy range of motion. The majority of students are 55+ but others are welcome to attend.
Pranayama
Mondays at 8 AM
A class to develop and establish your pranayama/breath regulation practice.
