Lindsay began her yoga journey in 2004, initially seeking a safe space to relax and move her body, and she found lasting personal growth along the way. Since 2008, she has dedicated herself to the practice of Iyengar Yoga, grounding her approach in the principles of discipline, compassion, and truth. In her classes, Lindsay inspires students to challenge themselves in asana while fostering joy and acceptance.
