Yoga and acupuncture can help guide us to reconnect our bodies and minds; acupuncture has the ability to bring us there quickly, yoga practice teaches us how to dwell there. By intentionally bringing our nervous systems into parasympathetic states we can develop our capacity and resources for dealing with stressful times.
