Rope Sirsasana, (Rope Headstand) is a relaxing way to invert without weight bearing on the head.  Students learn this in Level 1 classes as long as they are willing to give it a try.  Our instructors are experienced in teaching this to students who are eager to learn.  If this is not an option for some students, then, of course, the teacher gives an alternative option.
